“First delivery driver phoned me to see if road was open. When I explained I lived in Queensland he made an attempt to deliver. Second driver met my nephew who took the package to my sister who had recently lost her husband & also had flood damage to her home. She was very pleased with the gift & the presentation.”

“The recipient was absolutely stoked with his basket. The basket was beautiful. Full of all his favourite goodies. The delivery was prompt and left were I requested as it was a surprise from Perth and he was in Dubbo. No complaints what so ever . Extremely happy. Will definitely use again.”

“i was impressed that i went back to sydney and another day set for her to get the goods . the one recommendation which i thought lacked is if you are going to leave a parcel at the post office rather than have it tracked on the net a simple card left in there letterbox telling them where to find it would be much more appropriate . the other suggestion communication if they have a phone number when you get there why not ring it save 2 trips could even be used to tell them that if there away you will drop at there local post office”
