“Since purchasing the box I have recieved so many emails, and then I opted out yesterday and still recieved this one! I bought the box as a one off gift to a vendor, this level of communication is just too much”

“Delivery partner let you down, delivery was left in the foyer - not delivered directly to unit as addressed. Lemons and Limes in a fruit basket wasn't ideal, not something you can consume on either own.”

Unfortunately, our couriers are not given full access to some units/buildings and are instructed to leave at the foyer/reception. “Exceptional quality and beautifully presented. The customer service was also exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and clear and concise! The presenation of the products were outstanding and made a real impact to the end user! Highly recommend. Can not fault at all and best of all all products were delivered on time as requested! “I am amazed at the service. I am in New Zealand and ordered online (yesterday) a gift box for family member in hospital in country NSW, which was delivered to them in less that 24 hours. Thankyou so much. It makes up in a big way for not being able to come and visit them.”
