“Basket was delivered while property was unattended. Instead of leaving driver left at post office. Basket still has not been found or delivered. Wedding proceeded without gift from overseas parents of groom. Very disappointed.”

“Contents were great, no tracking or update of order progress (which they say they will do). Package which went missing for two days, I had to find it myself as at a courier that was not listed. Lateness of gift soured our anniversary, especially since it was ordered well in advance”

“Beautiful products. The only issue was the box delivered to the hospital didn't state perishable items so was just sent to the loading dock with the rest of the hospital stores so wasn't delivered until late in the afternoon. It would be great if couriers knew to deliver to reception desks instead”
