“Contents were great, no tracking or update of order progress (which they say they will do). Package which went missing for two days, I had to find it myself as at a courier that was not listed. Lateness of gift soured our anniversary, especially since it was ordered well in advance”

“Beautiful products. The only issue was the box delivered to the hospital didn't state perishable items so was just sent to the loading dock with the rest of the hospital stores so wasn't delivered until late in the afternoon. It would be great if couriers knew to deliver to reception desks instead”

“The best !! I won’t order another hamper from anywhere else again! I’ve looked around to change things up, but I always come back to Gourmet Basket. You can’t beat the quality, customer service or the delivery timeframes. Those who received this hamper were blown away! Thanks again!”
