“The gift was well received and my friend enjoyed it. It was however delivered the day before her 50th birthday which was disappointing. When I got in touch with Gourmet Basket to query this, the customer service person was helpful and refunded my shipping fee”

“Hamper was delivered on time and a welcome surprise for the recipient. I was notified by customer service that one of the items was unavailable and would be replaced by similar, which was not a problem. Communication with customer service was excellent.”

“The basket was good however we were disappointed in the delivery process. We ordered the basket on 16 July asking for it to be delivered on 21 July, only for it to be delivered on 28 July. During which time we rang the people we sent it to, asking whether they had received it, thus spoiling the surprise.”
