“Booked ahead of time. It didn’t arrive on requested day. Followed up. They said it would arrive the next day (refunded delivery fee), next day it still didn’t show. Called them again… they apologised, said they’d get back to me. I received an email later that day saying it would arrive the following day. It did.”
