“We received a most beautiful gift box of champagne and Chocolates today. We were so surprised and the gift was from much loved friends . They were so unexpected and we have never had a gift like this. We loved the presentation. It made us old people feel young and lifted our spirits in lockdown. Delivery was contact free and put inside our front door safely. Bell rang to let us know . Lovely card with the loving message from our friends who sent it. I have reviewed also on Google”

“Customer beware. This company grossly overcharges for shipping and does so in a sly and obscured manner. One easily missed prior to check out. Their customer service response regarding this was equally deplorable. We were told, as if we were children, that California was a "long, long way from our shop in New Hampshire" and that they would have to get our gift basket it's "own plane ticket". Seriously? It's a nationally advertised company owned by a multinational parent. A company very, very happy to gouge their customers then talk down to them. Stay away!”

“We recently purchased this Hamper for a ‘Father’s Day’. It arrived in time and dad loved it. Dad even commented on how it was packed beautifully (normally dad doesn’t comment on wrapping style) Original pack did have bath salts though they sold out and company substituted with a box of chocolates. I would recommend this company 😁 and I would definitely be buying more-great gifts.”

“I paid extra to have my gift ordered on time as it was a birthday gift…. I had even entered in comments it was to be delivered by 31st August …. But when I rang your company, I was told it was being delivered on 3rd Sept… so dissatisfied and disappointed”

“I'm very disappointed that they didn't let me know that not only was my hamper not going to be delivered on my mum's 75th birthday but it hadn't even been dispatched. Why take a booking if it can't be fulfilled.”
