“I thought your baskets were the best from my online research. I organised 2 baskets - one arrived on time but one was 2 days late. Suggestion - many of the standard goodies offered in the baskets had nuts and both recipients were allergic to nuts. Can I suggest that fewer of the standard products included have nuts - and maybe offer cheese biscuits instead. Also, I added a lot of extras but was frustrated that I couldn’t see a photograph of what I was adding/ordering. I’m sure I will be ordering again. Kind Regards, Gina Israel”

“It was all good.. just took longer to arrive than promised and was dumped on the doorstep of the block of flats. They had a number to call. They didn’t bother ringing the doorbell. Bit slack.”

“Family loved and appreciated the basket and what were inside. The CS also gave a call at first if they can change the out of stock item. Not sure with the delivery time. It costs $13.95 but it took 3 days plus weekend for them to receive within Sydney region.”
