“Great basket, but it was supposed to arrive on someone’s birthday (a Friday) - and didnt arrived until Monday. So I looked like I screwed up. At this price, they should sort out their delivery. Also, my support questions just got a standard “it looks like it’s delivered now” response. Lame.”

“It’s a great service. However, I thought I put the delivery day of the 13th of May & it was delivered the day before. In would’ve preferred it to have been delivered on the 13th.”

“The recipient loved their gift (Bollinger champagne, chocolates, and I added two coupe glasses). Gift wrapping was very nice. However, I'll admit that I was disappointed that the glasses were not the same type as shown in the website images. I chose to add two champagne coupe glasses to the gift because the images showed a lovely art-deco style etched glass (that looks like a traditional crystal glass style) but what the recipient got was a plain rounded style coupe glass. The recipient didn't know the difference because they hadn't seen the original photo, but I certainly would have preferred what was shown because the etched/patterned glasses were a lot nicer.”
