“Basket was 5 days late and had plenty of notice for a very special 70th. The alcohol ordered with basket didn't arrive and if I didn't specifically ask my friend if she liked the bottle, I would never have known they didn't deliver it. They did fix it but too late.”

“Absolutely amazing hampers and amazing service! I accidentally made a mistake on the order and the absolutely delightful Brooke in customer service rectified this instantly and the hamper was received the following day! My mother adored this hamper and I will certainly be back, not only for the amazing products, but the amazing customer service that is offered.”

“In spite of giving over 2 weeks notice of the required delivery date of a bottle of French champagne - and discussing by phone the current transport delays with the agent from Gourmet Baskets - my order was not despatched from interstate until 24 hours before delivery...! and hence did not make it on time. In fact, 4 days later, still not seen. $120 down the drain. Very, very disappointing.”
