“Hi, Unfortunately two glasses were broken when it was delivered to my friend for his birthday. He has tried to contact you to see if something can be done and he has had no response from you. Could you please let me know what I could do to help so he can get the two glasses replaced please? Thank you.”

“A very easy service to use. The gift was required for a friend's son's 18th birthday who lives interstate. The package was delivered on the day required and he was very happy with the gift.”

“The content and timing of delivery as well as communication was great. Unfortunately the card was incorrect and did not have the message I had sent. The recipient called me as my number was attached and that's how she knew the gift was from me. It took a little of the magic away as she initially thought it was sent to the wrong person.”

“Don’t know why they would pack bags of chips like that, it arrived broken/popped. I also paid extra to have Forerro Rocher chocolates in the gift box but no chocolates, so they just took my money for them. Also took over a week for it to be delivered when I paid for a next day delivery, yes there r covid delays, but 1 day to a week is a big difference, I will never recommend this business to anyone, they couldn’t even get 1 thing right.”
