“I was very disappointed with the lack of communication with this service. There was a strike with the delivery service which I understand is out of their control however I felt they could have sent an email to make their customers aware that any baskets organised for a specific date would not be delivered. Sadly my mother was left locked down in her house and without her hamper on her birthday. When I brought this to their attention they sent me a copy of the terms and conditions without an empathy or understanding. Then when I brought this to their attention they did not reply. This is the first communication I have received since and it has almost been a month.”

“A beautiful gift , thank you for your prompt service as living overseas it hard to chose gifts for families and friends but you have many choices available on your site which makes the job a little easier . Though I wonder if it would be possible to able a posy of flowers to the order if required ?”
