“It took just over 3 weeks to arrive Not good service i understand there is a back log with the Australian post but that’s was far to long. I would have got something more quicker if I ordered overseas”

“I was just so happy with my hamper I rang up and spoke to an exceptionally pleasant lady who was so helpful as I wished to add to the hamper (I think her name was Natalie but not sure). The hamper arrived early, but in these times I was happy with this The hamper itself was boxed extremely well and the contents were top of the range I would certainly recommend this service Thank you”

“My wife had got me an excellent Australian beer (ale) hamper which I truly loved and based on this experience and quality, I decided to purchase a hamper for my boss as a parting gift. The hamper (International Beers Hamper) itself was great and she too loved it, however it wasn't delivered to her home in Neutral Bay (although she was at home). While I understand that the delivery by large extent is outside Gourmet Basket's control, it is also a very important part of the experience and I was disappointed by the fact that she had to go to Neutral Bay post office to pick it. I'll definitely refer it to a friend as I really like the selection, quality and the packaging of the product itself, but I shall recommend that there be an improvement in the last mile delivery expereince.”

“My daughter-in-law loved her Pamper Hamper and I added a little extra a candle and red wine. The dressing gown is so soft. Everything is great quality and arrived on the exact date specified!”

“When searching for a basket of goodies to send to a work colleague, GourmetBasket were the only company I could find that had so much variety, it was truly hard to choose. Their service was second to none and the basket of goodies were delivered on the specified day. Lastly, great value for what you received! I would highly recommend them, so much so, that we ended up making 2 purchases within a week..... both of the recipients were very happy when their gifts arrived.”
