“I requested and paid for same day delivery which did not happen but I subsequently discovered that this was due to the recipients failing to read text. Because of this there was an issue around delivery and as I live in Ireland I was emailing the company in the middle of the night for me. To their credit and I dealt with two different customer service staff they were excellent: unfazed and extremely helpful. When the recipients received their hamper they were very pleased with the contents. All in all thumbs up for the company.👍”
