“Very quick delivery, unfortunately a few items had broken inside along the way- they were quick to contact me back re broken items & sent out a whole new hamper within days. Very happy with the quality of products inside & the service thank you so much”

“The occasions I have used Gourmet Basket have been over the phone and have always spoken to lovely, bright, happy and helpful customer service representatives. My orders have been delivered promptly and have brightened the day of the recipients, so I have great confidence with any hamper I chose, that it will be amazing. I had a minor glitch with my latest order which was dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner. I highly recommend Gourmet Basket.”

“According to the recipient of my gift from gourmetbasket.com.au, it was fabulous! My only criticism would be that I had ordered a week before and yet the gift wasn't delivered until late on the day of delivery. However, the quality of the basket that I ordered was great and I would have no hesitation in ordering from gourmetbasket.com.au again or recommending this company to my friends.”

“Friend said it was very generously packed and presented well. I thought I'd selected a different wrapping to the one it came in (i wanted the pink but it'd came in the standard black) but perhaps I didn't click on it like I thought I did! Thank you for your time and effort in supplying this halal hamper- made my friend's day.”

“Fast delivery and great products and service! When an item in my basket wasn't available they called to make sure their substitution was appropriate and sent a confirmation email. Very happy with the hamper, and so was the birthday boy”
