“I don't often review a product but in this case I am pleased to as the service, the value, the basket itself and the quick delivery was truly exceptional. I wanted a quick "isolation" gift for my sister for her birthday and I ordered this on Friday afternoon for delivery on Monday (her actual birthday) and it all happened so quickly and easily. She was delighted. Thank you.”

“Everything was great ….. but even though I ordered a week before the delivery date was missed (package lost in transit) so birthday present didn’t arrive on the day :( ….. however customer service was excellent and another one sent out which arrived next day. A hiccup but a good outcome in the end. The gift itself was fantastic.”

“This is the first time I have used gourmetbasket and it was a pleasant outcome with one delivery to Burwood in Sydney and and another to Merewether in Newcastle. Both recipients were wowed by the large Thank You Basket and the separate Wine & Cheese package. I will certainly use Gourmetbasket again.”
