“Amazing quick service, all of Sydney had run out of a particular item needed for a 50th. Gourmet not only had it but dispatched & delivered within 36hrs out side of Sydney.... saved my bacon, thankyou”

“Firstly a great selection of gift baskets to choose from, there really was something for every taste. Once selected checkout was easy and the delivery was faster than expected, with updates from the couriers along the way. From a customer perspective these are the key pillars on online shopping.”

“as you can see from photo the whole box was damaged the penfolds display case was broken and the order was missing the 40 g chocolates very disappointing as it was a present for a friend. I thought i sent you a message a couple of weeks ago from my phone but you must not have got it”

“Ordered 15 days prior to when I needed basket as birthday gift expecting it would arrive on time. How wrong was I. Had to purchase something else to give as birthday gift on the day so wasn't embarrassed to say my gift is coming some day this year hopefully.”
