“The hamper was delivered some 4 days late even after I spoke to you and cancelled it, finding an alternate gift for my sister. I was told (both verbally and in email) the money would be returned to my card. It wasn't. Because I had been told this, I went ahead and purchased something else, leaving me with a 2nd gift to the value of $200 (so, then I spent a total exceeding $400!)”

“It seems to me that the packaging can be improved by using different colour of the ribbon chosen by the customer. Using black ribbon for festive occasion is not appropriate.”
