“Having been the recipient of one of these wonderful hampers last year when I had to quarantine for 14 days after travelling interstate, I had the idea to send one to a friend from work who deserved some thanks and praise. He was at least as delighted to receive his as I had been to receive mine. Thank you for your wonderful range of fabulous hampers! I'll be back again...”

“I received one of your beautiful Gourmet Baskets from my Brother and his partner a few weeks ago and it was amazing! I loved it so much I saved the card for future use. Recently I sent one of your baskets to a friend of mine for her birthday and she too was very impressed. I will continue to use GB - they are awesome!”

“Delivery was never received by the intended person,but rather was delivered to an address with same street name in next suburb. Enquiries to your service yielded a photograph of the doorstep which was incorrect but little interest shown in locating the goods to the correct person. Follow up with Star Express to enquire if the wrong recipient had contacted them was done by myself and no one at your service thought beyond what the computer was telling them. My enquiries will continue in an attempt to get the goods to the person who was suffering from a mental illness exacerbated by being in lockdown. Will I use your ‘service’ again? Probably not. A pity because it is such a lovely concept,”
