“Received a confirmation of delivery email, but the basket was not received by the intended recipient (at St Vincent's Hospital), your staff are currently chasing down the consignment note from the courier. Both private and public hospitals have confirmed they do not sign for deliveries at reception, not sure why the recipient was not called to collect (mobile listed on the order). My 1 star review may change if the item is located and delivered correctly.”

“Prompt and professional service .. but next time I need to ensure I read the fine print.. I ordered a piccolo size bottle of wine not noticing it was not full size .. iwas a bit embarrassed”
