“Custom basket contents are overpriced - the overall markup is about 50%. The basket didn’t arrive on the scheduled delivery day of Friday, and instead arrived the following Monday.”

“I won't order from Gourmet Basket again. I specified the day I wanted the box delivered, but received notification that it had been delivered the day before. The box contained fresh cheese and I specified a particular day because I knew the recipients would be home. When I rang to discuss the early delivery, I felt dismissed by the person I spoke to - there was no apology - just "oh, I see what has happened here..." So no, I won't order from GB again.”
