“Terrible. I ordered 48 hours in advance and never got delivered, even though delivery was to a suburb in metro Sydney. Won’t be ordering from here again”

“Delivery was two days ahead of schedule when no one would be home. Shouldn’t ask for a delivery date if not going to follow it. Lucky a friend went by to pick it up and recipient happy with the goods”

“The basket was received ahead of the eta and my family were thrilled with the contents. The website wasn't really easy to use. I spent a lot of time navigating my way through to the end but it seems to be worth it according to my family.”

“The original request was for a 20th December delivery of the Christmas box and they received it on the 13th yet you were still advertising until just the other day that Christmas deliveries could still be made. That was a bit disappointing. The box itself was great and it was delivered to the right place so that was all good. It is a seamless way to provide a gift when the postal service from overseas is so haphazard at the moment. Thank you.”

“Difficult to rate as the basket arrived quickly and was good quality. The only issue was the cheese had to be thrown away as the basket hadn’t been refrigerated and the cheese arrived very hot. Disappointing given I purposely chose one that had a cheese and wine duo. Would buy again but not with perishable items unless guaranteed refrigeration.”

“This is the second time I was asked to provide feedback. This in itself shows the level of care and standard of services being provided! Overall there was basically no services after payment, though the customer service was prompt to respond, but basically, no help in getting answer re delayed delivery. And the only way to track delivery was to go to your courier's website. No information was available from Gourmet Basket!”
