“I ordered a gift for a friend for her birthday and the tracking system was showing a delay in the gift due to a weather system. They were so wonderful in trying to help, they offered lots of alternatives and their manner was exemplary. The minute I got off the phone the package arrived to the house so it was a fault of the delivery firm's software, and everything worked out. The photo's I saw, it was beautifully presented 10/10 very happy and will be back.”

“My friend has turned 50, and we have known each other for over 45 years. We live on opposite sides of the country, so sending her something very special, but centred around her, was very important.
