“Gourmet Basket made organising Easter so easy for our Kiwi daughter living in Melbourne. We were running late in planning Easter but Gourmet Basket made sure her selection of Easter chocolate and sweet treats arrived in time for the long weekend much to her delight. I'll definitely use Gourmet Basket again and recommend it as a trouble-free way of sending a gift.”

“The recipients were very happy with their gift. I was pleased with your service and updates on the delivery process. Only one issue I can mention is that I could not replace the existing bottle of champagne with the other. I could only add the other choice. Now, because I was in a hurry and didn’t check, you may offer the ability to make up individual gifts. In my rush I chose your Easter Bubbles hamper as it had the Easter Eggs and champagne!! But overall am very satisfied.”

“In NZ, I placed my order in the late afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when the gorgeous box was delivered less than 24 hours later. Thankyou so much for such excellent service. “The courier failed to deliver the goods despite the recipient being at home. The courier lied about making an attempt to deliver causing a great deal of inconvenience. There’s no point having a delivery service if they do t deliver. It would’ve been easier for me to use Woolworths to purchase from and deliver the goods at Easter at a fraction of the cost and a reliable delivery service”
