“The gift was received however it didn’t require a signature even though the website said it would. Tracking information was very misleading. The gift itself was great. My boyfriend loved it.”

“The phone order service is excellent, and Natasha is most helpful. My most recent order was placed June 1st, 2 days prior to the desired delivery date, which I emphasised was essential to the purpose of the gift (an anniversary present). While Natasha assured me that the gift should arrive on the required day (June 3rd) - some hiccup in the process led to the gift being delivered on June 2nd - one day EARLY!!!!!!! Disappointing!”

“The ordering process and delivery updates were very good. We can not comment on whether the actual content was to our friends liking, but we did get some good comments and warm sentiment.
