“Three more reviews about recipients not receiving their gift baskets on the preferred date all in the past week. One ordered two months out and still couldn't get it on time. Yet I note only positive reviews receive a response from you . Why is this? Im still waiting for email acknowledgement three days after the complaint was lodged.”

“during your checkout, you asked if there is a preferred delivery date on the birthday gift and i clicked 15th june 2021 on your calendar and even stated clearly if possible to do your best to deliver on 15th june 2021 at your additional customer note too since it was my uncle's actual birthday. i purchased the birthday gift in advanced on 4th june 2021. however, the birthday gift was delivered to recipient (my uncle in WA) on 11th june 2021 based on the tracking email which was kinda disappointing as if you do not comply or are unable to meet the requirements as per your customer's request as stated or informed, then why should you even bother to ask your customer to select a preferred delivery date when it is still available for me to click on your calendar. maybe you should try to look to improve it. thanks.”

“I could not find a hamper with any company that met my needs. Therefore finding one and being able to add the extras was great. It was for my sister in quarantine and wanted pampering, treats, sweet, savoury, alcohol and non alcohol. A very broad need. Surprised more companies are not targeting the quarantine market this was the second time as my son returned fronNYC and my sister is visiting from Boston. Service, tracking and delivery were perfect”

“The basket was delivered in the requested time frame ( despite covid ) I was impressed by the updates I knew where the delivery was at all times. The recipient was very happy with the basket will definitely use the service again :)”

“Was perfect, we havnt seen my sister in two years due to Covid, each time she was coming over it striked (two weeks ago when Melbourne went into lock down she was meant to come over to NZ/ us) she just got a single flat for her and her pooch(child) and was feeling down for missed seeing us and moving by her self. Your surprised gift basket just absolutely made her day. Thank you!”
