Terrible. Graded down my phone by £200 from original quote of £500 because of one small scratch to the glass. Refused the offer and they sent back. However, phone was last in the post and they are stating they can only claim for up to £100 as the only send it back Royal Mail tracked delivery even though the phone is worth more than the £100!!! Complete scam and I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They are unwilling to help me to recover lost costs. WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN

★ ★ ★ The last purchase I made with Grade Mobile left me unsatisfied. An iPhone 11 renewed was delivered without the screen and with an error message on the screen, a SIMCard was present, and the battery life was about 81%. On the other hand, my previous shop had a successful experience and product, and I had been satisfied. Reviews are generally useful for giving feedback, helping to achieve goals, and flagging areas for improvement. I'd give another chance as a customer because mistakes happen.

Still haven’t received it and unable to contact Royal Mail, wa a meant to be next day delivery ordered on 30 th not despaired until 3 rd and still saying out for delivery 2 days later , not happy at all

The 24 hour delivery has been 3days and still no sign of phone. E mail sent asking where phone was and no response which isn’t very professional at all!!!

Battery life 86% says there is a fault with the screen as in not genuine Apple so overall not that happy about my new phone

All of our devices (including our Renewed series) stand at a minimum of 80% and above, without any guarantees that the Battery Health will have a specific percentage. As a company, we sell refurbished devices, and where possible we do try and keep the original parts on our devices, however, as you can appreciate this is not always possible. There is no need to worry though as this message only appears since Apple products have serialised components to match their original state. So once a part is replaced it may trigger a system notification. This doesn't affect the functionality of the device and the notification message disappears after a few days of use but could reappear if you were to reset or shut down the device. Avoid. High trade in price but low offer due to issue with iPad. Then a technical issue meant that I could not reject the offer, so it was recycled despite a request to return. Eventually managed to contact via email as no one answering the phones. Device on route back after nearly 4 weeks.

Dreadful from start to finish. Offer the best quote but when sent in they offered me almost half. Been waiting 2 weeks to be sent back. No replies now off customer service . Court action soon to the cowboys

Phone was not unlocked, phone battery was below the minimum 80% Tried to call the different contact numbers, no one available, left a message for a call back, no call received. Have sent 3 emails to contact and sales emails - not even an acknowledgement so I have returned the phone for a refund. Let’s hope they at least honour that. The only thing I’ve had is this email asking me to review them.

I sold my iPhone to Grade mobile. They made an offer that I accepted. The the did not pay me. Now I am having to go through the court process to get my money. They have promised on several occasions to make the payment but keep coming up with excuses that are completely false. They simply DO NOT WANT TO PAY! This has happened before, if you google this company, other people have suffered the same treatment. They are SCAMMERS!! beware, you have been warned!

This company have had my phone for many days, they have agreed to buy the phone BUT have made no attempt to pay me for it. I have received many promises but still no payment. BE VERY CAREFUL PEOPLE. Legal action will be started by me against them but will also speak with the police to see if their behavior is criminal

Dear Sir/Madam/Mx I received my daughter's beautiful purple iPhone 11 and she is very happy with it. Everything has been transferred over but there is one snag.... the phone is locked to a network that isn't Vodafone??? There was still a micro sim inside from EE I can either mess around with it, clearing passwords and everything else or ask if you'd assist with unlocking it this end. I'm not really happy about paying £10.00 to unlock it when it should be unlocked anyway. I thank you in advance for your help Kind regards Andrew Wilkes

I received a phone that had a faulty battery I then returned it, they claimed the screen was damaged and refused to refund my money. The phone was in perfect condition when I returned it in exactly the same packaging it arrived in they then refused to refund the full amount. shocking service. AVOID this company

From what I can see the device was returned to us with physical damage evident and as per our Terms and Condition, since it wasn't reported within 24 hours of the parcel's arrival (more than a month later to be exact) your warranty was avoided. Though since you are an existing customer and as we do for all of our customers we always try our best to accommodate all requests. With that in mind, I can see that we also suggested a discounted repair, which has been agreed upon.
