Very poor customer service. The grade A phone arrived very quickly but was in horrendous condition. The returns process is very easy but waited over 10 days for a refund. Don’t bother to call customer services. They don’t answer. They replied to emails after 48 hours. Shame really as the buying process was simple and fast. Fair prices if you actually get what you paid for.

Have emailed and called multiple times and had no response! I ordered an iPhone XR that was graded B, it’s arrived and there are dark green patches under the screen which I’ve been told my several phone people that that is not good and the screen is on his way out! This phone cost me £300 and as a single parent I’m now having to stress and not be able to use it due to the risk of me worrying about the screen! I’ve bought multiple phones from these people but this is the worst phone I’ve had and yet graded the best?!

Appalling customer ‘care’ ...trying to get my A1 quality iPhone 6 Plus returned to me after they changed their £60 offer to buy from me to an insulting £4.75! Stating that it had dents scratches etc .....(I have photographs to prove it was in excellent pristine condition) and that the battery was faulty and the reason I was selling was only because of its age I could not update to iOS 14.1 Keep sending me ridiculous emails telling me that I need to post my phone to them ??? How can I when they already have it ? Will be contacting Trading Standards to report this scam Beware of this unscrupulous company !

Refurbished iPhone 7 stopped working 6 months after purchase because of a hardware problem linked to refurb and updates. Warranty is totally meaningless and Grade Mobile has absolved all responsibility. I would not recommend them at all.

I was quoted £102 for my iPhone 7 128gb in working order. I received an email after sending my phone reducing my offer to £55 due to the battery quality. (The battery was replaced by Apple less than 2 years ago.) After asking for my device back they then made a 'final offer' of £60. Avoid.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! They have taken my handset and after offering me an absolutely appalling price for it, they are now failing to return the handset back to me. This is THEFT! DO NOT USE THEM.

Unfortunately I bought a iPhone 8 had it a week had a little touch issues having to turn it off and on again now I touched screen yesterday morning and all of a sudden the screen is cracked I’m wondering how the hell it’s cracked so easily don’t make sense !!

The phone was dirty, there was dirt around the camera rim. There was dirt on the side of the phone as well the main screen. Considering we are in a pandemic they should automatically clean the phone, I as a pregnant women shouldn't have to clean dirt of a recently purchased phone. Very disappointing.

Got my son a unlocked phone for his birthday quality looked good but sim cards do not work in the phone, emailed them and they take ages to reply 3 weeks later issue still no resolved ! Son still waiting for a Working phone 😔

Worst customer service ever! I would never use again or recommend ,a week after ordering still not had a reply to emails or messages on social media and phone number just cuts you off so god help anyone wanting to get a repair or replacement under warranty . Seriously buy elsewhere.

Terrible Service. Bought the iPhone XS in renewed condition. They obviously replaced the original screen with a cheap one as the middle of the screen is unresponsive and the phone clicks on things by itself. Customer service is non existent, have been trying to get hold of them for a week now to organise a refund and have heard nothing back. Don’t waste your time or money.

When I first purchased my device I traded my old phone in for money off it. I had constant problems regarding money with the company and they ended up taking nearly twice the amount of money out of my bank account. This was money that I couldn’t afford to lose. They then took twice the amount of money that they owed me for the phone I sold them. It took nearly a month to get the whole process sorted out and every single time I tried ringing the company to communicate with them about my problem they didn’t pick up. Even mon-fri 9-6. The product I bought is in good condition and it works perfectly, however the customer service and admin for this company is shockingly bad and I will not be recommending it to anyone who wishes their purchase to be straight forward.

TERRIABLE I will not recommend Grade Mobile to anyone neither will I ever buy from you again. But grade A mobile get supplied a grade B acceptable? NO

This has to be worst customer service experience ever. Phone arrived dead and fails to work. Returned immediately, Waiting over a week for confirmation received and a refund. Email the customer service, keep getting a standard reply concerning covid, with no commitments to resolve. Still waiting. I will not be using this service again.
