For the past two days I have rang your company to find out about my refund I have tried to contact you over 30 times I’ve been connected and then I’ve been cut off and said I’ve got to email. This is not acceptable you’re not replying to my emails and I haven’t had a refund I’m going to take it further to trading standards and contact my bank and contact layby and hopefully they will remove you as a customer

This company is a scam and will try everything in their power not to pay you! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ENVIROPHONE OR MAZUMA MOBILE ARE LEGIT AND RELIABLE

Fraudulent company They have had my mobile for 2 weeks and still no contact about my payment. - should of been 24-48hrs easy money transfer but this is not the case. The only way of contact with them would be through email as they do not answer the telephone but when you do email them they will automatically send you a generic reply saying because of Covid it will take them between 24 to 48 hours to process the transaction however this is completely untrue As I am still waiting two weeks later to receive my money If I had the option I would give this company 5 piles of human waste instead of 1 star. Absolutely disgusted that they have stolen my phone, Fraudulent, theft, They do not deserve to be a registered company. I hope people read this message and do not send their phone to this company!

Bought grade A I phone 11 it has turned up and screen is coming off and won’t verify as a real apple ?? How do I resolve this

Very disappointed with grade charge me £9 for a broken screen protector I ordered with a phone and received a broken screen protector and I emailed grade about a week ago and they have not even replied to me so that's 9 pounds I will not be getting bk 😒

Not getting a response as I have not yet recieved my delivery but states that it’s been delivered I’ve tried calling no answer and I’ve tried emailing I got a reply but no reply after that since as I paid for the item and need to get a solution to this ASAP.

Website, turnaround times and payment options were excellent however the minute the phone arrived was where the problem started. First the phone was 100% flat, to be expected but after three hours on charge still no life. Tried calling the custom care team 10 times no answer other than we are busy message. Spoke to apple direct, they were able to help me. Turns out the charging port was totally clogged with pocket fluff. Really disappointing as the phone has obviously not been checked over and I paid max price for the “renewed” model. Phone is working fine now however not confident the company despite emailing the issue to them I have to this date had no response other than a generic email. Tried to call again before this review but still no joy. Wont use again. Will deal directly with apple moving forwards

Paid for a “certified” refurbished iPhone X as a present for my daughter at Christmas. When I turned it on all it did was crash, every 30-60 seconds, no one checked that device!! I wanted a refund straight away because I knew no one was checking their phones. Then I was told I couldn’t have a refund because I was outside the returns period of 30 days, Christmas!! So I upgraded to an X with more memory, at first it seemed like it was good my daughter was happy. Until she tried to type and send messages! The touch screen was damaged on the right hand side so you could use individual letters and the send button was placed right in the middle of it so messages wouldn't send. I've asked for my money back, and so far they have said no, we can replace or fix the one I've sent back. I don't trust the sellers so I'm pushing for my money back. They are not checking their phones.

Sent a locked phone even though i paid for a unlocked one. Poor quality screen and battery. If I wasn't keeping the phone to give to trading standards as evidence I would have returned it abysmal customer service avoid at all costs

Absolutely diabolical service!!! Sent a locked iPhone that I couldn’t use! Can’t get in touch via phone, emailed countless times & having to wait days for a response. Sent the phone back & now still waiting on a reply to getting another sent out!! An absolute shambles at a situation that could be so simple!

Had my immaculate iPhone XR for over a week. Email confirming that payment would be made within 24 hours, still waiting. Won’t reply to emails or telephone calls. Wished I’d read the reviews on here and many other review sites all with a common theme. Avoid at all costs.

DONT DO IT!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Read all the latest reviews!! All the same and happened to me! Sent them an immaculate iPhone XR, after over 2 weeks of chasing they came back with a revised quote of over £100 less claiming "battery issues" (hmmmm I see a common theme) never had a problem with the battery! and claims of deep scratches to the screen! I sent photos of my immaculate device on postage, they the replied saying actually the scratches are on the back glass... also a lie! so I sent the pictures of the back of the phone (immaculate) and no reply! Still waiting for my phone to be returned! AVOID THIS SCAM!!

They offered me a price not even apple offered me. They said my battery was at fault. The same as the people the last few days have said also. Never had a problem with the phone since I had it new. The website promised £150. This was for a locked EE phone in case mine was. But as I was aware it wasn’t locked so at lease £160. I’ve called customer services 15 times and no answer. Honestly it seems a bit like a scam.

The company provides an initial price then when they receive it mark it down by 30% saying it battery has failed test. The battery in the phone is perfect. Avoid at all cost as a complete waste of time!!!!

They offered me rock bottom price for my phone. 24 hours tracked service took 10 days to get there (not GRADE fault). When they did look at it, marked it down 30%. (battery was at 85% good according the iphone, they mark it as failed. Had a new screen recently, not a mark on the phone and marked as grade B.) They want a new phone condition at trade in prices. "We buy any car" for phones. Would never use again.

Avoid this company, we all want the most amount of money for our device but going through this company would make that mentality change instantly.. they with hold your money for weeks, the customer service is a disgrace and then they have the audacity to ask you to prove it’s your device.. go to a better company for a little less money people, because this one ain’t worth the headache..

Sent a flimsy bag and thin bubble wrap my phone was damaged on arrival to Grade Mobile (perfect no scratches when I sent it) they took £100 off of my offer price despite it being their packaging being the reason now I have a damaged phone worth less than before and no compensation - my gut says they damaged the phone themselves stay away con artists!!
