“They say they pay for old phones within 24 hours. But they don’t even reply to your email for 5 days and then they’ll try to knock down the quoted price. Don’t touch this company”

“Still waiting for a payment although my phone was RECIEVED on Monday, absolute jokers said payment was sent and to wait a week for this to show? what company takes a week to pay? Absolutely noone, absolute clown parade this lot, dont touch.”

“Do not buy from this store. They sell defective phones that stop working after few weeks and if you send it back asking for a refund they do not give you a refund.”

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid this company at all costs. They give you a good quote, you send in your phone then they send you the diagnostic report knocking over £100 off their first offer. My phone was in mint condition, not a mark on it. I'm now fighting to get my phone back but of course now they don't want to reply to me. Can't believe this company is still trading.”

“1 star isn’t low enough. They have stolen BOTH of my devices after processing them and have not received any money for them. Reporting both devices as stolen to the police. AVOID!!!”

“sadly phone arrived phone was faulty kept turning on and off couldn't even use it and charger faulty to sent back asked for full refund spent £499 and phone didn't work not happy asked for full refund and sent phone back went to currys and no problems don't touch with a barge pole this company no refund and they have the phone”

“Very disappointed with the dishonest behaviour from the company. I ordered a phone for next day delivery and was told I had pressed the 7-14 delivery option which does not exist. I broke my phone and went in for surgery on Monday so need to keep in communication with family. I won’t be using this company again but previously had excellent experience.”

“Shambolic Took 5 days for a 24h parcel to get to them. Was then provided a report with Zero fails (phone is mint as new condition not a mark or blemish on it) and advised due to the results of the report the phone has been devalued but no reason given! Received an email 7 days after phone was sent offering £463 for a new Iphone 11 Pro Max 64gb!..Do Not Use these guys!”

“They gave me a competitive quote based on the phone being in 'good' condition, which it was. They said the battery needed to be replaced, which it did not. Upon receipt, they offered me a fraction of the price based on spurious wear and tear. I asked them to return the phone, but they kept emailing me with insignificantly 'improved' offers. It took nearly two weeks to get my phone back. I then sent it to Music Magpie who accepted the phone as good condition and gave me an excellent price. Avoid like the plague - use a more reputable site.”

“Not happy! Placed order Friday and had tracking info sent but it was not recognised by Royal Mail! Today is Tuesday and tracking states grade mobile have stated they are sending a parcel but Royal Mail still not got item???? Need item for Thursday for a birthday so not happy”

“They initially claimed they didn't receive the phone when it was delivered to them by special delivery. Then they 'offered' me 290 because the iPhone 11 Pro that I was going to sell them for 490 has a 'scratch'. When I rejected they kept the phone for 9 days. Not answering any calls or emails. When they sent the phone back after many emails I sent they sent it back without the original box and with items missing from it. Without doubt a horrendous experience. This company are not to be trusted.”

“No next day delivery. Sent an I phone max with a non working face id recognition.. customer service number just gives a recorded message and then hangs up. Appaling service from sn appaling company. AVOID this company.”

“Sent my phone to them in perfect condition and 88% battery health. They replied with what sounds like their usual script of scratches on screen and battery need replacing. I asked for photos of the scratches as i took photos before sending and knew the screen didn’t have any. They tried to knock around £70 off the quote. I asked for it to be sent back and now it’s worth a lot less if i recycle it due to the delay. Funnily enough the phone returned to me has no scratches at all on the screen. The phone in the photo wasn’t even mine. I have raised this in 3 e-mails now and no explanation given. Avoid, absolute scammers. No phone line and take ages to reply.. not 24 hours.”
