Awful company, offered a decent price, sent my phone only to be told it was scratched and faulty, it wasn't, emailed them and they offered a bit more which I said I would take, then total silence. Emailed again and they now day they will return it. Avoid like the plague.

I wouldn’t waste my time or energy with this company, they have very bad reviews , Otherwise enjoy a rollercoaster ride if your up for it , I was charged £25 to have my item back after 9 days, The customer services is next to none existent, They don’t answer calls or emails etc, I was called by Aidan to ask off my experience to which I told him the most horrible experience I have ever had, And I use company’s Often to recycle, but yet never experienced this lack of customer services no reply’s, Being charged £25 to have my item back which took over 8 days After the website states free returns, My device was being quarantined for 14 days before it was even looked at or tested, so I rejected this and asked for it to me sent back to me, after some flight they finally agreed to send me this back but with £25 charge, Aidan told me this should have never been the case and assured me he would get this looked into. To which you just hit a dead end, no refund no response, But the are good for buying items they instantly take payment and you receive goods next day, But the recycling side off things is a farse, a jock incompetence off the staff is ridiculous, So if you want to get paid hassle free then don’t use this company If you want to wait upto 2 weeks for payment then I guess why not,

If I could give zero stars I would. They are not as speedy as claimed. I sent my mobile off to them nearly a week ago and so far still not been paid! My phone was just over a month old in pristine condition with not a mark on it, however they are claiming the screen is damaged and needs replacing plus damage to the casing and are now offering just under £50 less than the original offer, which coincidentally is not far off the price they are now offering on their website, so it seems they are trying to fob me off with lies so they can get away with paying the lower price. They don’t answer their phones, don’t reply via Messenger and emails take an eternity for them to reply to - and even then it’s when you’ve chased them repeatedly. They DON’T provide a speedy service They DON’T communicate back They DO lie to their customers AVOID this absolute joke of a company!!!!

This company is completely dishonest, they will tell you your mobile is damaged, when it's not and try and reduce the offer! Sent a phone is for recycling, the device has been re-graded against a completely different grading system which states the 'good' condition I sent the device against is actually only for brand new devices. My device has 100% battery health and was spotless after 11 months in a case and screen protector. This is not a trustworthy company

This company is a scam. As seen many times in this thread, I was offered £437 for my iPhone 11 (256Gb). However, I quickly received an email telling me that the battery life was not as expected and it had a dent. As such they could only offer me £375. The phone was just 11 months old, and the battery was no worse than when I first received it. There was no dent and I had taken photos of its condition before sending. This appears to be a very common practice, with the company hoping people just accept the lower offer once they have sent the device. Do not use this company.

Ordered an iPad arrived with 28% battery, the battery wouldn’t charge, there was a line down the middle of the screen that didn’t disappear. I’ve asked for my money back and had to go through a lengthy returns procedure, I’m yet to receive confirmation I will get my refund. This company concerns me due to the standard of product I received not fit for purpose on arrival, along with their returns & refund policy.

I sold my iphone 11 pro max 152gb to Grade for a secured price of £750.11, posted it and then got an email to to say " the battery is below the recommended percentage and will need to be replaced and the screen has scratches present." and therefore they reduced price to £609 - nowhere on the grading scale does it mention the battery health and also i know the phone didn't have any scratches because it was in a case with a screen guard for it's life. it seems following the iphone 12 release they decided not to uphold the secured price and reduce in line with other buyers. also reading reviews it's the same tactic they've done with other customers scam artists. phone line is not in use and they diced to ignore my complaint

I am absolutely appalled. I sent my device in for valuation, the next thing i know is that they are keeping my phone ans paying me only 16 pound for my s9 which is in good condition. I asked for the phone back where they said NO. I asked then for a phone number multiple times just to be ignored. I am now seeking legal advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have sent them a mint-condition device. It's almost 22 months old. They quoted a high buying price yet after chasing them on the return progress they send me an email saying the battery needs replacement (it's currently holding 88% of its original charge), and the casing is damaged (which is simply not true unless it happened during shipping which is highly unlikely given how well it was packaged, or they themselves caused said damage following taking delivery). The screen and back had not so much as a hairline scratch on it, and neither did the metal bezel around it. They, as a result offered me almost £100 less. Their phone line does not work - whenever you select any option to speak to someone other than the sales team, it disconnects your call. Since you go off "5-star reviews" for what is essentially customers who bought phones, you only find this out when you start trying to get hold of somebody. I hope I receive my device back in the condition though I wouldn't be surprised if what I get back from them, is not what I sent. There should not be an aggregated review option for this organisation. Clearly the two different operations they run as per the prompts on their phone systems (stating clearly that it's 2 separate operations) have vastly different reviews. It's misleading for consumers to see a load of 5 star reviews from people who BOUGHT phones from them, when the ones SELLING their phones to this organisation clearly doesn't seem to be experiencing the same level of service. Having not read detailed reviews before sending the device off, and having now dug through the other poor reviews left by others, it's clear that the trade-in/device recycling purchase service they offer is as I have experienced it.

Sent off my iPhone XS Max over two weeks ago and still awaiting payment. Was originally quoted £400 and then received an email stating they had taken money off due to the battery not working. This is completely untrue as the battery health had been tested prior to being sent off. Either way I still haven’t received a payment despite me sending numerous emails. I’m starting to feel scammed. It was an excellent condition phone I sent off and could have sold it myself with a lot less hassle and probably for a lot more money. My advice would be to not go through this company if you want to sell your phone I know I wish I didn’t. Still no payment over two weeks later don’t believe the ‘same day payment’ it’s balls.

Sounds like a trend of offering one price then when received getting a much lower price. I sold my pixel 3 at a quoted price of £140 and they gave me £59.13 for it..... Forget trying to get in contact with them as they don't answer emails or phone calls. Absolute sham of a company that I have reported to trading standards. Avoid.
