“I've buyed an apple watch from this site. The charger is not original and it doesn't have the box. Ălso the watch have a lot of scratches. They not answering at email and phone number. Don't buy from this site it's not worth it!!!!”

“Sent off my iPhone XS Max over two weeks ago and still awaiting payment. Was originally quoted £400 and then received an email stating they had taken money off due to the battery not working. This is completely untrue as the battery health had been tested prior to being sent off. Either way I still haven’t received a payment despite me sending numerous emails. I’m starting to feel scammed. It was an excellent condition phone I sent off and could have sold it myself with a lot less hassle and probably for a lot more money. My advice would be to not go through this company if you want to sell your phone I know I wish I didn’t. Still no payment over two weeks later don’t believe the ‘same day payment’ it’s balls.”

“Absolute joke, received my phone on Thursday the 8th of October it's now Monday the 14th false promise of payment within 24 hours of receiving the phone, please do not use these cow boys”

“Sounds like a trend of offering one price then when received getting a much lower price. I sold my pixel 3 at a quoted price of £140 and they gave me £59.13 for it..... Forget trying to get in contact with them as they don't answer emails or phone calls. Absolute sham of a company that I have reported to trading standards. Avoid.”

“Was quoted £172 for my phone which was immaculate and had not a scratch on it. Was then sent an email saying the housing was damaged and the case was broken and the screen cracked with screen burn offering me £6.20. I refused and was then offered £30 which I refused again telling them to send my phone back. I took pictures to prove this as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPING OFF”

“Sold my phone. It didn’t have a mark on it when it left me and meet all the criteria but they revised my price by over 120 saying it was damaged. Won’t not recommend them to anyone”

“Value of phone was reduced by nearly £30 despite it being in immaculate condition for 'extensive cleanubg' despite not having a scratch on it and being a waterproof Samsung s9 how much debris could have accumulated? Having committed to needing the funds I was forced to go ahead... Scam merchants... Beware”

“Sold my phone to them in end of August, didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks is emailed to ask what was happening was informed they had lost it! Asked me for details about it as they thought they found it and then email to say the techs had it, then emailed again as I had heard nothing only to hear they lost it again? Was not best please by this and asked for the complaints was told not to worry as they have it and the techs have it. This was Thursday last week and I am yet to hear anything back again! Never again will I use this company, always sell my old mobile phones through the recycling websites this one had good reviews so I tried it but have been let down and still yet to hear where my phone is!”
