“Terrible Service. Bought the iPhone XS in renewed condition. They obviously replaced the original screen with a cheap one as the middle of the screen is unresponsive and the phone clicks on things by itself. Customer service is non existent, have been trying to get hold of them for a week now to organise a refund and have heard nothing back. Don’t waste your time or money.”

“When I first purchased my device I traded my old phone in for money off it. I had constant problems regarding money with the company and they ended up taking nearly twice the amount of money out of my bank account. This was money that I couldn’t afford to lose. They then took twice the amount of money that they owed me for the phone I sold them. It took nearly a month to get the whole process sorted out and every single time I tried ringing the company to communicate with them about my problem they didn’t pick up. Even mon-fri 9-6. The product I bought is in good condition and it works perfectly, however the customer service and admin for this company is shockingly bad and I will not be recommending it to anyone who wishes their purchase to be straight forward.”

“TERRIABLE I will not recommend Grade Mobile to anyone neither will I ever buy from you again. But grade A mobile get supplied a grade B acceptable? NO”

“This has to be worst customer service experience ever. Phone arrived dead and fails to work. Returned immediately, Waiting over a week for confirmation received and a refund. Email the customer service, keep getting a standard reply concerning covid, with no commitments to resolve. Still waiting. I will not be using this service again.”

“Absolutely shocking company! No customer service and sent me a phone that I couldn’t use as it was locked to Vodafone who wouldn’t unlock the phone so I could use my EE SIM card in there! Out of money and out of a phone!”

“Absolute waste of time. - Company is shambolic Sold my Iphone 8 to this company which i sent tracked and signed for thank god. They signed for it on the 2nd Feb 2021 and have not got any payment for my phone even after 17 days of waiting. Tried to call the company no answer so i emailed and a person called Rose contacted me saying it's due to covid which i think should be stated on their website to expect delays not saying that you will get same day payment upon receiving. So i waited another week for them to email and send a payment over still nothing and now they have my phone and no one replies back. Feels like I've just been scammed. ORDER Ref: 117570”

“I received my phone, which worked for 4 days - i returned it to be repaired under warranty - that was 9 days ago (7 full working days) I have received one message to tell me someone will be in touch soon - still waiting, no phone and £441 down the drain. No one answers calls, messages, chats or any other social media. Now going to report to trading standards. Do Not Buy a Phone From this Company!!!!!!!!”

“Sent phone a wk ago no reply to emails , then eventually replied and offered £80 less than said , the phone is mint , avoid at all costs , and asking to have the back properly take wks to get . Wished I search this dodgy site first”

“Terrible company, I wish I had never had to deal with them. Claim they pay out the same day, 2 weeks later and approx 30 emails I had to demand my phone get returned. When they eventually make an offer it’s a lot less than what you are originally quoted. The customer service is non existent and you get generic excuses such as busy after Christmas (currently Feb) delays due to COVID (yet they still claim they process and pay within a day) Definitely avoid. It took a lot of hassle and getting Fraud Uk involved to get my device back.”

“Be warned. They are not what they promise to be. Just like everyone else on here who have sent a device. I wish I’d checked this site before sending my phone to them. 1 week on and still no response after many emails. All I get is an automated message. Scammers!”

“After nearly a week was told they had not received my phone but pointed out it had been signed for 3 days previously. Now well over a week and surprise surprise it is due to COVID they have not looked at it. Wish I had read about someone still waiting after 3 weeks. Don’t answer the phone either.”

“Bought an iphone as a Christmas gift. Phone doesn't work. No sound on calls at all. Sent back for repair. Been told its my problem as its been opened up by a third party. It hasn't by me! It's a refurbished phone. Looks like I've wasted £200 and have a very disappointed son. No one ever answers the phone and customer service is terrible. I will take them to court if necessary. Take your money elsewhere.”

“They have basically stolen my phone! No communication and when you do email them they just send you an automated email back all the time, they say trade in phone and money same day! Do not promote this if you can do it, they’ve had my phone 2 weeks now and no contact I’ve emailed and phoned (no answer)! I will be continuing to phone and email until I get my money or my phone back (which I’ll probably get neither) stay away!!!”

“Sent my used phone nearly 3 weeks ago and have been chasing ever since. After assurances that they would pay ‘the day after they received the phone’ I thought, well why not. Anyway, 2 weeks on, they offered me two thirds of the initial offer for a one year old phone. I asked for it to be returned ASAP and, well that was a week ago and the Royal Mail tracking number they gave me says that Royal Mail still haven’t received the phone... Maybe they are inundated with phones and I’m sure they’re affected by Covid but if that is the case, change what it says on your website and in your communication. Maybe the phones they sell are great but when it comes to selling your old phone, based on my experience, I would use someone else. Fingers crossed that I eventually get my phone back...”
