Brought through Amazon as new prestige condition phone arrived in poor condition sent back the same day they received it next day two weeks later still no refund and no communication despite emailing them going to raise a dispute to try and get a refund

This is a fraudulent company - do not use!!! I sent them an iphone XR in pristine condition, great battery life. They quoted me £188. Then once they had the phone they changed the quote to £100 and tried to claim there were scratches and that it was in grade C condition! I have photos (and the actual phone back in my possession) to prove the phone is in perfect unscratched condition. They clearly hope that people can't be bothered to have the phone sent back to them. They are criminals and have wasted my time. STAY AWAY!

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would This company is a scam - AVOID they sales tactic is to offer a high price & then significantly lower the price based on damaging the device I sent a mint condition iPhone 12 and they offered £150 lower based on it be a “B” condition due to perceived damage I reluctantly had to accept as I was concerned they would actually damage the device intentionally and/or never actually send me the device back. In addition they look 36 hours to pay me the money at the lower valuation despite multiple phone calls & emails, and having confirmed my bank details over 5 times. I would NEVER use their service again and will actively alert others to avoid their service. “OG exclusives London” finally made a payment but I am frankly so annoyed at this entire process I will never use Grade Mobiles again, 100% AVOID THIS COMPANY

I got my watch on friday and its bn on charge for 2 days and as soon as i take it off charge the battery drains. I ordered a grey watch and got a white one. It also doesnt get notifications for messages i want to return it

I was so excited when my phone arrived so quickly, however unfortunately the sound doesn’t work on phone calls. Nobody can hear me, have tried ringing several people and it’s always the same problem. The touchscreen is quite slow too. And have to press hard, but the biggest problem is that I can’t make phone calls

I was really disappointed to find that my renewed iphone XR only had 88% battery. I have bought lower grade phones in the past from you with much better battery health. I am considering returning the phone. I have contacted customer service but got a standard reply that anything over 80% is deemed acceptable, but I disagree strongly with this and assume that my phone's battery will be below 80% in less then one year.

Offer you the best price then automatically offer less once you send it - knocked exactly £100 off both mine I send it (at different times under different names). Both not a scratch on them, battery within what they wanted and no marks even though they allow for a few 'apparently' but then the price drops and they bid you down.... avoid like the plague and use a reputable phone company. No way of getting hold of them, they dont reply to emails and dont pick up the phone either.

Really un happy with this company I sent my phone in the 31st December 2022 and have heard nothing my tracking says it’s delivered but the company have not been in-touch I have emailed no reply and called but no answer. This site seems like a scam I am so annoyed as I sent in an iPhone 11 in great condition to trade in. What do I do now as I want to take this further 😡

I do not usually post reviews, but felt it necessary on this occasion. Please avoid this company. I have used many companies to sell mobiles to in the past and this one is by far the worst - exceptionally poor! They will offer you the best price but, once you send them the phone, they will offer any excuse to reduce their offer, in our case by £110 due to “5 light scratches that are not visible to the naked eye!” Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with! A disgrace - avoid at all costs!!

The website said next say delivery and because I needed the chargers urgently I thought it would be fine. Still hasn’t arrived and it’s been about 5 days now. No proper tracking updates. Also they haven’t even replied to the email I sent them asking to cancel the order as it’s taken too long. Wouldn’t trust

ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY, THEY DO NOT ADEQUATELY INSURE. WHEN SENT PHONE USING THEIR POSTAL SERVICE, “went missing in transit” and they’ve told me it isn’t insured enough and they aren’t liable for it. Now a phone down as well as money down.

Very Very poor , as I never expected to see a report coming back saying what yours said , as I knew that some of the things were jus not correct , and have that verified now by another company again who could not understand your report, and they have paid me the full price for my phone , so I certainly would not recommend anybody to sell to yourselves without a second opinion.
