Wallpaper still hasnt arrived (25 Oct) despite a message telling me it would arrive on 20th October. I'm cross not to have had the product when I had planned a weekend of decorating last weekend.

I paid $50 for Canada air shipping, and it takes 1 week to deliver to me. When I called twice customer service to check my order, the lady who picked up the call was so rude, not really want to help. This is my second time buy wallpaper with your websites. I don’t understand why your company hire such a rude person to provide customer service. I don’t think I will order from your website in the future.

Still waiting for my order despite assurances it will arrive Delivery date keeps going back daily yet DPD won't admit it's list Will think twice before using again

The picture online and description of the pillow I ordered, is not at all like what I received in the mail. For $40, I would expect to get an actual knitted pillow, and not just a picture of knitting on a pillow. Will not be ordering here again.

The wallpaper arrived with marks over certain parts of the print, making it unusable. There were large orange dots, which is simply unacceptable and left us unable to complete decorating the room. These marks were within the print so could not be wiped away.

We are in Australia and my daughter chose a wallpaper from your website that was shown to be in stock. We ordered and paid for a sample, that took 2+ weeks to arrive and it was the wrong sample. We waited another 2+ weeks for the correct sample and ordered 2 rolls. Once it was ordered we were told that we were getting a full refund as you were actually out of stock (contrary to website) and were not planning to reprint it. Well over a month wasted when we could have found another product. Why send a sample if the product is not available? Not willing to choose another G&B paper either.

Poor customer service!!! They cant keep there lies straight one person would say that the product I ordered was back oredered the next would blame the new softwhere program for ordering.

As a previous reviewer has said, my partner ordered some samples and heard nothing back. Tried emailing - nothing back. Awful company, no customer service. Had to escalate via Paypal and only then got a refund. Held up our decorating project. Steer clear go elsewhere.

My experience with this "company" is as bad as it gets. Like anyone who is excited for a home remodel, I got very excited as I browsed through their website, selected 4 different samples, and paid for them. My wife and I sat patiently for weeks to receive the samples we paid for. Nothing. After two weeks, we received one plain envelope with a single sample. I emailed the company to inquire as to the balance of the order. Crickets. I messaged them on Facebook. They responded quickly and asked for a load of details, like name, order number, shipping address, etc. I provided it all within 5 mins. Crickets. It's been three weeks and they are no longer responding at all. I'm beginning to think it's maybe not a real company at all? I say that quite literally - I now think it's a sham company with no real product.
