FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was Left for 6 hours at the side of the road with a disabled member of staff. Repeatedly given false information. Lost £14000 worth of work and had to cover £250 per day of staff wages for the four days that had to be cancelled because I wasn’t recovered. First person arrived after4 hours with no tools, took photos of the car and then left. Made no attempt to identify the problem. They contacted me 2 days later and offered me £50 compensation. That made me even angrier.

I have green flag through my bank account ,clutch failed 19 miles from home green flag said there would be a charge for mileage over 10 , and was there £120 ! Recovery firm said green flag hand you over to them and they can charge what they want .

We have green flag for 2 vehicles, my husband has a van which broke down today in minus 4 temperature. After a lengthy process and a fee of £150 ,They then said they cannot pick up vehicles over 15 years old ! Absolutely fuming as they haven't told us this before. Just keep taking the money every month ! Will now be cancelling

Customer service with this company is abysmal. Its been a catalogue of errors and incompetence over the last few week after trying to change my contact details, something that you think would have been simple but not with green flag. I eventually put a complaint in. Received email saying someone would contact me..... nobody did. Chased the complaint up twice to which I was told that the person dealing with it would contact me..... Guess what.... NOBODY HAS. What a complete waste of time of a company. Will not be using them again. I will pay good money to a company that actually knows what they are doing but unfortunately these do not.

Very unhelpful! I had a flat tyre in Sainsbury’s car park and called Green Flag for help,( I am a woman in her late 60s with a frozen shoulder problem so I couldn’t change it myself). It was a freezing cold day and I waited 3 hours for assistance. Out of desperation I called my husband who had to leave work and come and help me. No follow up call from GF to see what had happened to me, very upsetting!

So my daughter is named on the policy and she borrowed my wife’s car who is named on the policy . Green Flag refused to offer assistance and I had a complaint upheld but I was advised that I could cancel my policy back dated to the date of incident. Do not trust Green Flag . They refused help to a vulnerable woman and lied as they will not back date fees so they lie, treat customers unfairly and fail to provide assistance . Use at you own risk.

Contacted Green Flag at 2.23 pm regarding my vehicle would not start. I was given a time of between 4.30 to 6.60 pm. !! After 6.30 pm I contacted the garage company assigned to me to ask where they were and was told it would be another half an hour at which point I cancelled as i was not going to be in,and reappointed for the Sunday morning between the hour of 9am to 11am. No update from the garage at this time (8.45) Terrible service so far. And no contact from Green Flag either.Appalling service.

To change a tire with a rusty bolt took over 5 hrs and, once they had wiggled out of responsibility at 6pm on a Sunday cost my a fortune to get fixed

Nursed my car from Warwick to Cheddar with a failing hydraulic clutch control, got to within 0.15 miles of home at a busy main road junction to be told I was too close. I was on a quiet side road and offered to try and push it back up to the 0.25 mile limit but no joy. I am going elsewhere.

Waiting 3 hours today for Ri ford to come to jump start my car. It will take them 2 minutes to do that. Tried to ring Richford motors and they cut me off. I strongly do not recommend their services after they sent a text saying they would be here 2 hours ago. Still no sign

Waited 5 hours for a recovery due to tire puncture we kept ringing the but was fobbed of with different messages absolutely disgusting service avoid at all cost we are over 70 years old and left on side of road arrived too late to get to garage in minus 1 conditions

I've given 1 star because that is the lowest I can give.I renewed my policy for another year up to 2024 the letter kept coming back with the wrong date 2023.After many phone calls it was still coming back with the wrong date,another has just arrived...wrong date again.I will never use Greenland again ,i'm going back to RAC

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I paid for EU breakdown cover, I broke down in Bulgaria, my family was taken to a hotel waited hours in the lobby but green flag wouldn't release the funding for our hotel rooms. We were mis advised and told they'd pay for our car to be fixed, later told they don't cover the cost of repair to the vehicle. BE ADVICED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR BREAKDOWN, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!

for a journey of over 100 miles, expect it to take a week to get your vehicle back. 20 phone calls to polite yet incompetent call centre staff that fail to arrange what they promise to arrange. call through to a different person every time. dozens of hours and thousands of pounds lost. they seem to have very few 'service providers' and none of their own drivers.

A terrible service. Left at the side of the road for almost 3 hours and then found out that the mechanic had only been given the job 20 minutes before. I had already phoned up to find out how long they would be.

Left a mother and 7yr old boy stranded due to classifying the breakdown as the "same issue within 28 days" despite the symptoms being entirely different. When I challenged the operator he just repeated the same lines over and over again before suggesting I pay £150 for it to be resolved. Holding a mother and child ransom like that is disgusting. Expect a chargeback on the card. Absolute scammers.

I broke down on the A38 just after a motorway junction. After being lied to several times that i was to be treated as a vulnerable user due to where i broke down. In the end a manager decided to leave me there for another 2 hours. If i could award a minus star that would still be generous. Take your money and leave you in harm way

Tried, repeatedly, to renew my subscription. Spent hours listening to useless information on the phone, when I eventually managed to speak to someone they couldn't accept my card because their system was down. They told me to use the form on line , but form wouldn't allow renewal with GF-POL code. Complete shambles
