Great prices but delivery problems on 3 orders. Further problems with getting a response from email and when finally confirmed non delivery of one order was only offered Groupon credit. As this item was £179.00 I requested refund to my debit card and after several phone calls have now been granted this. Still waiting for it to appear in my bank. When it works with Groupon it's fine but when it doesn't it is difficult!

The person wouldn't accept the Groupon coupon even though she cancelled the appointment 3 times. It had expired by 2 days due to her. She said she would honor it. The end of the spa treatment comes to an end go to pay, she says this is expired. Long long story short...She made me pay for the treatment...couldn't get a refund from Groupon because it had expired. To add salt to the injury had to 2 spa treatments on the certificate, the lady says I will give you the deluxe for the price of the 2 spa treatments...So paid for the deluxe. Ended up costing about $200 between the Groupon and the spa bill.

I ordered an ipad air 32GB refurbished, at a price 0f £254 , this arrived a few days later in a jiffy bag in a box. I open the box and took out the ipad from the jiffy bag, my heart sank! the screen was badly scratched and there was a 2 inch crack on the screen, this was in no way a refurbished ipad! I returned it straight away and am waiting for a refund. This was not damaged in transit but was sent out as was,.I now understand why products are so cheap on Groupon!

They are sometimes good, sometimes not. They will occasionally double charge you, and it's usually for large orders. It's a great way to try out new things and food, but their site and customer service keep getting worse and worse. Basically, if they screw anything up (which happens often), they will do nothing to fix it. So if you are willing to risk it, it may just work out super well for you. But then again, it may not.

Groupon does not offer the ability to give reviews of their products purchased. Some, unknowingly come from overseas. A size large woman's blazer I purchased came from China and as you can imagine it was more like a US size small. No where on their site could I find an area for reviews of this item in order to stop others from making this mistake. The items was also of very cheap quality...they should be ashamed. To make is worse, Groupon offers no customer service telephone number for issues like quality, etc., but keep offering these vendors a place to sell their goods to unknowing customers....they don't seem to give a hoot!

If there's one thing I really dislike it's deals that are not straight forward! I mean if you're offering 30% off excluding additional charges, just state it as that! Why put "up to 45% off" when upon calculating the entire purchase it costs almost the exact price the merchant is offering?!!! Please try to be straight forward so people know and can anticipate exactly what they are about to pay for and either back out or continue! I know it's a marketing gimmick to showcase a deal with this kind of play on words to attract sales, but it's needless and stupid as you seem to have a very large customer base that you cannot even handle directly anymore (hence the silly auto response customer care). Don't let greed keep you from getting that 100% review please!!!

I recently bought two dash cameras with sd cards from Groupon, one for my husband and one for me, within less than a week, both sd cards stopped working - we've had to purchase two more sd cards from Asda, which work perfectly! I would say to anyone buying these dash cams, don't bother wasting your money on including the sd cards with them, buy without and then buy sd card from elsewhere.

I had some problems with their offer of the Apachie digital watch with two of them sent to me and defective so returned. Now when I try to buy items from them they block my attempt and fail to resolve the problem with a new password invitation that always fails. I cannot seem to make any progress and this is most frustrating.

Rubbish customer service can't even give me the right tracking number or tell me where my order is. This is only the second time I have used groupon both times nothing but problems. They won't let you speak to a manager so don't bother asking. The worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid like the plague! I'll never use groupon again that's a fact!

While I have had a few items from Groupon that have been OK, the quality of the more recent products is a little poor. I think its a case of you get what you pay for. If its cheap, don't expect anything fancy of of good quality. I must stop thinking they are good deals.. :) Just a heads up. :)
