I haven't had an issue but I am totally dumbfounded by the recent reviews I have just read. Has anyone gone to BBB or the FTC about Groupon? I wanted to purchase some concert tickets but thought I'd check out the recent reviews first. I had bought tickets before but I did not get to use them so I can't really give a review. I did not ask for a refund as it clearly stated that there were "no refunds". I don't understand why people are complaining about this issue (refund policies are always in clear writing) and not backing it up with the assistance of aforementioned service companies. That is what they are there for.

Purchased a voucher from Groupon and have had no acknowledgment. I have tried to access my account and, for some reason, it has stopped bringing up my icon to enable me to scroll down to which service I need. Have tried every avenue possible to contact them which is impossible. I can get access to companies which will access on my behalf for a charge. I am expected to give my card details to a company I don't know; no thank you. I will never buy another thing from this company with the worst company service I have ever dealt with.

Never had problems in past with groupon. This time I order a necklace that was customized. I purchased it and was confused on how to put what I want on necklace. My email said number is not redemption code. I have to copy to find number. Went to web site they gave me and they had order form with original price with no space to put any codes in. I tried to cancel order and they said this order could not be cancelled. It would have been nice if someone could have talked to me but no one answered phone. Just said to go to customer support which told me to read instructions.. Now I'm stuck with a $29.00 necklace which is garbage to me. My credit card co. told me to call back on Monday and they will cancel order...Very very frustrating when nobody will help you through it.

I bought 2 Holland wardrobes and 1 bedside cabinet 2 wks ago from Groupon. Delivery was great came in 2 days. The bedside cabinet not so great. It is soaking up moisture from the bottom and the veneer is peeling I don't know how it's soaking up moisture when my bedroom is bone dry but now I know they're not worth the money.

Mixed experiences. Booked several theatre tickets and they have been great but the holiday packages are often not great value since they charge extra for changing flights and the hotels are often far from where you want to be.

I bought from a uk dealer some cheap chinese smartphone gadgets, which he is selling on the groupon website ! The delivery came very quick ! The first item I bought was a car-holder for smartphones and the handling was self-explanatory. The 2nd item was a bit trickier. A bluetooth modem for the radio and phone for handsfree talking. It seems to work, but I never figured out how to use the handsfree mode for the phone, because there was no instructions manual included! It should be mandatory to include an english written manual ! Not everyone understands chinese ! So this item is now pretty useless for me.... The seller or groupon should keep attention to those things.

usually a good buy but when you have trouble and need to contact them it is a real PIA! Virtually impossible by your phone and takes FOREVER chatting as I guess the agent is handling at least 4 chats at the same time. Hope you never buy a bad one!

We stayed at the Rudloe Arms Hotel near Bath. The site gave the impression that the rooms were all in the main building, they were not. Even though the room was good it was an open air walk in the rain for breakfast and dinner which we weren't prepared for. The menu was very limited and not quite what you'd expect from Mr Pierre White who was in attendance ( although not cooking) Only coffee in the rooms which neither of us are fond of and no telephone in the room to contact reception ( another couple of walks in the rain)

I've never had a problem with anything I bought from Groupon, my only problem is the website rarely works. It doesn't load and when I try to sign in I can't because it also doesn't load. They need to get a PROFESSIONAL web designer to create a proper website.

Some pretty decent deals, a lot of ridiculous pretend deals! Do your research because some of their deals are at a worse price than found elsewhere!

I purchased a handful of items as Christmas gifts. I found several more item's to purchase and decided to check the actual value. When doing so I found several items at WAY cheaper prices. I like Groupon but will shop around before purchasing from Groupon thinking it a great deals. *above is only based on material items.

I purchased a Shutterfly photo book from Groupon for $5. Mt funal product cost me almost $15. Very disappointed
