The customer service number is not a good number 877 788 7858. I should not have to pay for help when chat online. A charge of $1 you have to pay to receive help on the chat, that is not right.

While deals can be found on Groupon, I find their current customer service horrible. I bought a coupon for a massage, but found that the massage business was not honoring the coupons. So while I was able to get a credit from Groupon, spending it was a different story. Each time I tried to spend my Groupon credit, I was told (by the interface software) that I must enter my credit card number - even though I was only trying to use my Groupon credit. I did not want to enter my CC info, it was unnecessary. The worst part was though when I tried to consult with customer service. Each respondent was from India (indicated by Indian names), and each one asked for more details (even though I provided all info and screen shots), and each time I responded it went to a new CS rep, who then started the process all over again. They were clearly having fun with me, making me repeat everything time and time again, and never providing an answer. ...Infuriating. I am done with Groupon, I will use local flavor instead.

My orders all disappeared from under My Stuff and on my Groupon app. A customer service rep helped me to retrieve them. 2 days later they were again gone from Groupon My Stuff and the app. Just spent an hour on Live Chat. While on my app, still states nothing available under my stuff. I wanted to print them before they disapper again. The service rep said she sent it to my email but nothing appeared. And then after numerous requests no reply was answered. Hope they stay on my app. Very frustrated. After using my current Groupons, if able to, no more Groupons for me!

I purchased vouchers I couldn't redeem. It seems (by reading other reviews) this is how they do business. I did send a reply to thru there web site 3 times and did not get a reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON GROUPON!!!

I posted A review earlier re trying to get a refund. I finally found the live chat in the purchase site. I got my refund within 5 minutes. I am delighted as the reviews re hotel package that we purchased were not good. Thank you Groupon

I review good when seller is good ,but in Groupon's case I have to give poor review, plants ordered via Groupon 8/5/21 ,it is now 17/5/21 and plants where alive but dried out ,it took 9 days to deliver, and plants where alot smaller than those shown,again it's put me off shopping with Groupon, I will praise the p&p being only £1.99. but that's only good thing I can mention.

Just purchased Sams club membership and could not get the redemption code to go through Chatted with a representative and still wouldn’t work so I requested my money back and I’m waiting for 10 days to get my money back and I will never buy another thing on Groupon

In the past I have had used Groupon exclusively for massages and had no problems using them before they expired. Covid 19 crisis is affecting my ability to use my Groupons before they expire due to several massage therapists going out of business, or just not wanting to honor the Groupon Certificates. Also, I am unable to file my complaint with Groupon, as they have disabled the customer service email address. I have written several times and the message comes back that the email address is no longer available. I also tried leaving messages with Groupon Corporate and they do nothing for me. I am posting this review as a warning to consumers who buy massages through Groupon. In particular Monica at Body Basics Massage in San Diego will not return my phone calls to set up an appointment.

Booked to go to shrigley hall in macclesfield weekend spa break was not told by groupon we had to pay extra £49 per person to use the pool our room was dirty lovely views and lovely food but spoilt by state of our room and didn't know extra swimming cost

I do not appreciate your costumer service. Rude snd impatient. Unflexibel when things go wrong. Your acceptance of the voucher process - are you sure- you can’t go back- process is ridiculous. Who on the world has time to figure out your system. And your deals ???? I rather pay full price than waiting for an availability for two weeks. I will delete the app.

They have a refund option if you don’t open your coupon. I refunded three different things and that something else because I found a better deal. They never refunded my money they tried to say it was good for Groupon purchase’s only...Basically without stating anything anywhere they were telling me that they would only do an exchange for my $600. I had to go through hell to get them to refund my money. And I looked today and can’t find anywhere easily to locate any type of Groupon bucks in my account. Please be very careful when you get refunds to make sure it reflects on your statement at your bank. They are very shifty and shady.

Groupon is Great UNTIL you need to actually talk to an agent., but you cant get through. I've been dealing with this for over 3 weeks trying to get a refund/exchange for a "Hair Salon" deal. I didn't realize that the hairdresser is the same one that I had an issue with in the past and don't want to have her again. I want an exchange or a refund. You try to talk to anyone, but they won't let you. It's ridiculous. I am a repeat customer and I don't recommend buying any local deal from them...(as in "hair services etc.) Hopefully, other people have had better luck! AS OF TODAY 7/30/2020. I STILL DONT HAVE A REFUND OR A RESPONSE FROM GROUPON.

I ordered a Little Caesar's Groupon and immediately tried to use it. Little Caesar's refused to take it. I immediately contacted Groupon and was told that I could get only Groupon bucks, not a refund, because they're being big supporters of restaurants and, essentially, want refunds used to support them during COVID - 19. (And yes, they did use the name of the virus.) I was TRYING to support a restaurant via Groupon. So I got screwed.

So far I bought 3 items with Groupon, I better end up with them here before it gets worse. No concrete place to complain or liaise with the seller, no phone to call. Items: #805874639(hurricane x2 bike) Monitor of speed, heart rate, km never worked. #826929613(spray mop)it came with no screws but it is impossible to put it together B to C. C is supposed to get into B. I even used a cigarette lighter to softer C part(photos). #828406633 is still taking to long 9 days already I know because of Covid-19 but those organised need only a week. I will definitely uninstall the group app and stick to my eBay or Amazon for purchases as they are very organized.

Almost every purchase I've made on Groupon has been a joke. THis week my husband purchased a full house carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaners took our money and ran. We haven't heard a word from them. We went and checked out the reviews and it looks like there are copious yelp and google reviews stating this cleaner is a con artist. But Groupon has fantastic ratings for them and continue to advertise for them and represent them. Also groupon is offering to put that money toward another purchase, but didn't offer a refund, and said nothing about the company scamming us. I don't trust making purchases on Groupon anymore. Deleting the app.

Bought outdoor clock June, 2019. Delivery was fine and the clock worked great until about 6 months later. It stopped. Battery was fine. After resetting, it would work fine for 1 or 2 days then it would stop again. I reached out to them to see if they had a suggestion. They simply said it was past 30 days and they couldn't help, and then closed the chat dialogue box. I cannot recommend buying anything because the quality of the product was bad and the customer support is non-existent after 30 days.

Various products, often available online for similar or cheaper price but with free delivery. Some products great value,,arrive promptly; other products poor quality a/o don’t arrive at all! Most frustratingly the ‘Contact us’ is not easy to find at all. When you do find it under your orders, it’s then pot luck if you get a responsive efficient representative or a couldn’t care less rep who expects the customer to chase the courier that (allegedly) delivered the missing products. Not really customer service is it? Unimpressed. Very unlikely to order from Groupon again, feel my fingers were burned!

Virtually NO Customer Service I have purchased a large number of Groupon deals. Some of the products are good and a bargain. Some are marginal but what you'd expect for the price. However, I purchased a carpeting cleaning deal to be fulfilled by a company called National Dusters. When I called to schedule an appointment, they told me they did not service my area. I promptly notified Groupon by responding to an email I received from them. When my credit card bill arrived, I discovered that Groupon had billed me for the deal AND National Dusters had billed me an amount that was greater than the deal price. Since the Groupon website did not provide any obvious information as how to contact Customer Service, I went to my credit card company. They were unable to resolve the issue. I went back to Groupon and tried several things that were supposed to get me to customer service. The best I could do, was to get into a loop that sent me non-nonsensical emails. I emailed National Dusters and thus far have not received a response. Before this, I would have given Groupon a good rating, but this experience has resulted in two stars which is probably more than they deserve.

Useless customer service - I think they read from a script as everyone tells you the same thing which is nothing at all. They just pretend to be concerned about your issue but really couldn’t give a monkeys
