I purchase tickets to a Las Vegas show on Groupon for my very first experience & first time shopping there. I noticed that the correct spelling of my name was not on the ticket, I contacted customer service to help fix the problem so that I will not get rejected at the door, after flying all the way to Nevada from California for this particular show. when speaking to the agent, they promise that customer service will fix the problem and get back to me & quickly in the conversation in the chat and closes the Box where I can no longer communicate with them. well it's been several days and I have not heard anything from anybody so when I contact them back they just told me to be patient and I have to wait to speak to someone on Monday. However my show is the Saturday before Monday, so how am I supposed to get help if my show is the Saturday before? and then they cut you off and say thank you very much and in the chat box again. you can't speak to anyone when you request the call, no one calls you back and they also tell you you can't get a refund so here I am flying all the way out to Vegas just to see a show that I purchased on Groupon just to get rejected at the door because my name isnt correct on the ticket and there is nothing that they can do about it. 195.00 down the drain. Please do not shop here they are Crooks, will steal your money and leave you clueless and running in circles until everything expires and say sorry unfortunately we can't help you. Groupon are thieves and Liars!

I purchased a Groupon activity for redemption at a specific place in Florida. Unfortunately, due to a job change, we moved before we were able to use it. I wasn't worried because Groupon claims that your purchases are always worth at least what you paid for them. I contacted Customer Support (chat) to request a trade-in, or refund but was informed that I could do neither. Despite the fact that I had shared with the C.S. rep that we no longer lived in the area, I was told I could use it there. Not at all helpful. The Groupon purchase was only $84.00 but since they are unwilling to allow trade-in or refund, I'm out the money. Very unfortunate! Additionally the rep ended the chat before I could inquire about an additional ongoing issue I had with a different Groupon Gift Card (still unresolved). Please think twice about purchasing through Groupon. I have experienced 2/3 dissatisfying results.

They are very unprofessional , rude, Do not waste your money on them. They rip off the customers and the businesses at the same time. One star is way too much. I wish i had a n option for no star.

Never received my package. It’s 9:00 pm and the app says it was delivered this morning. Called fedex to track my purchase and they said the tracking number shows a different name and different address. I’m trying to get in touch with Groupon and nobody answered the phone, tried sending an email, I got a automated response saying that the address is not valid. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I purchased an allergy testing coupon after sending in my hair sample according to the instruction I never received my results I did this in November I still have not received them. I have contacted groupon numerous times with no reply. I also contacted the allergy company thru email with no reply. There is no live chat like groupon stated when you call and they don't respond to emails. I tried to resend hair sample but it won't allow me to do so b/c my info is in the system. So I will no longer use them even though I have used them in the pass without issues.

Ordered product 19th we are now 0n 23rd and it still hasn't gone out for delivery. No customer service but they took money on 20th

I would give this company lower than one star if I could. It needs to be shut down by the Attorney General. I purchased horseback riding lessons through them, then found out my daughter did not qualify, so I paid the vendor direct and canceled the transaction through Paypal. They challenged the cancellation and paypal wants to debit my account causing me to pay twice. I cannot even reach anyone at Groupon on the telephone to talk about it. I get a voice mail message that says go to their website and then it hangs up on me. I went to their website but it is of no help. If there are any Attorney Generals or Prosecutors out there please prosecute this company. They are taking peoples money and are not available to talk about it.

the worst service i have ever seen in my life. I ordered a bed for my son and it was quite urgent. delivery information was 3 to 5 working days. After 18 day delay, i contact groupon customer service and they said to me contact the carrier company. I call them and they said address was missing and send them back to the seller. Unbelievable. How can address be missing? Address and all my contact details are in groupons database system. That was my first time, i rode a bad reviews on web about them but didnt believe. Here it is. Do not use Groupon. Read the reviews and be careful.

Bought deal -unable to book it, deal vendor didn’t answer their phone. Contacted groupon for refund which was agreed but then got no refund and constant e mails saying we are investigating. Finally an e mail to ceo prompted refund but no apology or communication. AVOID-not worth the hassle

Groupon is an app where you can get some deals. I don’t know how it isn’t out of business yet! It has so many key problems. I have been with them long enough to tell you to stay away. 1- the prices aren’t always the cheapest! The deals aren’t the best. It is very frustrating when the pricing is cheaper on the company's main website than Groupon site. After you discover this, you won’t be able to change or get refund. 2-Customer Service is just horrible and terrible!! First you won’t be able to reach them easily. If you do so, then always they have mo clue about your problem and always seem they are reading from a paper! They’ll repeat “We are sorry but we can’t help you”! As a broken record! So don’t waste your time with them since you are already waste your money for a stupid deal! 3-when you buy something everything seems very well until you pied the money! Then once you did so, forget about it! You can’t get your money back and you can’t do anything! And by the way, the “nonrefundable” word is written in a very tiny font. No one can see it unless he/ she knows the trick! And guess what? There is ALWAYS a trick somehow!! 4- If you go to any business and tell them what is the price in groupon, then they’ll give you the same price or less! so what is the point of using groupon as a third party? It is an useless app and doesn’t worth your time nor money! For me, it is the time to try a new app!

Be VERY cautious using this company. I made a purchase of over £100 before Christmas when the £25 off £100 spend offer was on. As the discount wasn't applied (glitch in the system) I made a partial refund request with Paypal for the £25 which was accepted. Groupon now claim that I received a full refund which I never and have canceled my voucher thus missed out on the experience and wasted a days holiday from work. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my experience and would advice people to avoid Groupon more than the plague! The customer services staff don't even read what you are writing. I was explaining my problem and they were giving me the answer to something I wasn't even asking. Almost like I was speaking to a poorly programmed robot!

I waited 2+ weeks, had to hunt down the 3d party delivery service just to find out Groupon had never sent the package. After trying to reach a manager 3 phone calls later. 2hours with customer service. They put me on hold for almost 30minutes twice the call got dropped when on hold.(funny how this never happened with anyone else). Every time I asked for a call back I had a different person who was nonchalant about the problem. After 3 days I finally get ahold of a “supervisor” Paul (probably not his real name) code was 78550645. All I asked was that I get a refund and some credit for the waisted hours. NO HELP AT ALL. If you want to risk having a horrible experience don’t go with Groupon just buy the stinking product full price you will pay more if you don’t.

Ordered a mattress which i was sent a delivery message by dx would be delivered on 15th jan waited home all day nothing came so i emailed them they said it's been sent back and contact groupon.on contacting groupon which is only accessible by chat they said they would investigate and may give me compensation as there was no tracking information i would hear within 24hrs which i didnt contacted them again to be told wait another 24hrs and again they cut me off I message again to complain about being cut off to be told the mattress had been delivered on 14th! And they would refund me in groupon credits !i threaten to start a paypal dispute and suddenly im refunded no compensation no apology no.mattress avoid them

They have HORRIBLE costumer service! I had one problem after another and right in the middle of Live Chat 3 different times, they disconnected me! Then I emailed them 3 times and they never answered my questions at all...just went around it! I was also charged for 4 tix that I shouldn't have been charged for! I'm so over Groupon! They don't even have a costumer service number to where you can talk VERBALLY with someone!! I'll use Living Social from now on and hope they do better.

This company sucks. They charge you for products you never receive and their retailers are worse. Customer service can’t do arming except tell you not to dispute it.

I requested info as to how to get my discount. Chat cut me off... then Chat was unavailable. Sent an email...response was usually get back to you in 24 hrs. Called tollfree number...USELESS... can't talk to anyone!! I USED TO LOVE GROUPON... may never use them again... WAKE UP GROUPON...you are loosing VERY LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!! :-(
