Worst company I’ve ever encountered. No way to contact Groupon customer service to resolve an issue. After receiving only part of an order making the part I did receive useless I hunted and hunted for a phone number to no avail. Only option is chat online and she refused to make my order whole even the 2-part item is still available on their site. Never again!

They sent me an email advertising 50% using promo code GIFT50 for lanterns at Edinb urgh Zoo. They did not apply it but took my money anyway. I phoned and they refused to refund. I will never use them again. Beware customer services is a London number but goes through to call centre in Asia.The customer service is awful. Trying to sort out any problems is not worth the hassle. Don't use.

Fake dream! I been to Northern light in Iceland, worst city break I never been. Attractive price for terrible weather.

I have to say that this has been probably one of the worst experiences i have encountered. I went to place an order for tickets. There were two options. One for $50 and one for $100. When i went to the $50 option, it said that i could not place this order. So i went to the $100 and placed the order. I come to find out that groupon charged me for both the $50 and the $100 order. Even though i did not place both of these. They said that all orders are final and will not cancel my second order. Even though its their system that messed up, not me. So i will dispute this on my credit card. The company offers no help. I can't get a person to talk with. I would NEVER use these guys again.

Where is my order and a straight answer from your inept “live chat “ customer service !! Don’t think that is customer service to be honest . Obviously too many people complaining otherwise why don’t you have a customer service number to actually talk to someone . I want my goods and compensation please

The WORST online marketing company EVER!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I MADE THE MISTAKE TODAY OF PLACING AN 2 ORDERS. THE DELIVERY ADDR3SS WAS 5 YEARS OLD. I WENT ONLINE AND TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHICH HANGS UP ON YOU UNLESS YOU ARE A CODE WRITER). I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC AND OTHER SOURCES... MAYBE A CAN TALK TO A HUMAN 8N BETWEEN. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

We had fraud on our account and they tried to refund us fraud with Groupon bucks. and told our bank it was us that made the purchase despite having other fraud occur. I should file a law suit!

Purchased a pair of boots with their Black Friday deal for $29.99 and when the charge appeared on my credit card I was charged $59.99. Contacted customer service and they asked if I had a screen shot of that price. ??? Who does that?? Never had any problems in the past. They have lost a frequent customer. Buyer Beware!!!

t must have been lucky? the last time I "trusted " them was more than 12 months ago, at that time they DID have a PHONE NUMBER and AN E/mail address. Even at a that time they were not easy to communicate with , not by either of those methods, albeit my patience eventually paid off. That said I never felt they were interested in whatever my problem was ? a couple of times I had some satisfaction, the problem was the other 7 or 8. problems were never acknowledged or dealt with ! The final straw was an item I bought for myself and some friends which they continue to offer today ! AVOID AS A TOTAL CON, " tyre pressure valve caps with 2 LED indicators " now displaying CODE : : WISH 20 .... These are totally ineffective waste of money . I was lucky as I did not go for any so called BIG TICKET items so any product failures were annoying although not any strain on my bank balance ! Bottom line, AVOID GROUPON COMPLETELY, ESPECIALLY NOW THAT THEY NO LONGER USE ANY FORM OF CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION , WAS NOT MUCH GOOD IN THE PAST WHEN THEY DID COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR VICTIMS, NOW THEY CLEARLY COULD NOT CARE LESS , HOPEFULLY WHEN ENOUGH PEOPLE STOP YSING THEM, THEY WILLL SIMLY SHRIVEL TO A PILE OF MUD AND BILE, WHICH US EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE.....

I’ve ordered quite a few items over the months most have been returned as utter cheap quality , never as the picture looks or described. It’s difficult to work out how to return and you loose your postage. I’ve given too many chances now groupon are dealing with very cheap companies I will never order again lesson learned the hard way .... time groupon dealt with better companies

order was supposed to delivery today via fedex. shipper created label but have not shipped, nobody at groupon willing to contact vendor/shipper to see what's going and get a date. on chat i was told i could get a refund, but when i told them to cancel all my orders they said i couldn't get a refund.. no human to call and discuss issue, worst customer service ever, do NOT buy goods thru groupon, said it would be 3 days for someone to contact me...

I lost 3 boxes totaling $ 600 and I was never able to communicate with groupon. Impossible to find a way to have a solution. They do not have a Phone Number and the email do not work. Be careful if you ask for something because if you lose it, there is no one to solve it

Groupon said free shipping and then redirected me to another site that charged me shipping at A&B Home fashions. Neither one of them are taking accountability and I have taken screenshots.

There website said free delivery. I was re directed to another site and charged delivery and then they conversations we had were it is their fault...no their fault with A&B home fashion. No one taking accountability. So groupon basically falsely advertised free shipping and do not hold themselves accountable

I have bought a few things from here and it's all so cheaply made. I believe most of the stuff they sell you can buy off wish. Very very cheaply made. So disappointed.

I purchased 3 tickets to the blue Man group. Groupon offered a 'select a date' option & I chose the date January 5th. as soon as I purchased it said that the tickets expire and one week exactly on December 8th. Unable to go on that day I contacted Groupon & they were completely unwilling to help. They would not give me a refund nor would they even simply change the date. I have been completely RIPPED OFF of a LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. Not worth the energy to save a few dollars. Just purchase through the merchant itself.
