“One of the items I ordered was out of stock but I was quickly refunded for the item and awaited my order. Unfortunately, this triggered my entire order to be cancelled (which I found out after talking to the very helpful CS advisor). Thankfully, they dispatched the remaining items straight away which arrived the following day. Very impressive!”

“Price was good In store experience excellent as even though I managed to order through click and collect the website crashed and was not loading correctly so was not sure if the fitment was correct. Th guys in store verified for me before I left. Replacement part fitted well and of good quality”

“I have fitted the battery I bought from you and all is well.I reported the very poor condition of the outer packaging to yourselves and have taken the advice of your customer service in so much as I have fitted the battery to the vehicle. Hopefully it was only water damage but time will tell.”

“Arrived next day which was good, but even though box had markings for which way up, the box was upside down with one upper flap torn off. I am worried this will have disturbed at least and at worse damaged the battery. I called GSF and was told it should be okay if not leaking (there was a slight show of leaking fluid) and the 4 Year Warranty will be in place. Let me know if you think differently. Derek Dixon”

“Effortless purchase and competively priced. Required 2 items from different stores but the second item price (ordered 2 days later) seemed to vary depending on the search method albeit it was possible to purchase at the same price.”

“I was told by your person online that you did not have a rotor arm instock to go with the distribitoe cap I purchased. Yet you have sent E-Mails asking why I had not perchased the rotor arm. Apart from that I am happy with the service I got.”

“Accommodating firm and great value. Happily exchanged a wrong item for the correct one with no hassle. The reason for the wrong item being purchased and my only feedback is the website interface....Massive banner saying your current vehicle (which you check intently!), Massive box showing part and then tiny writing at the TOP of all this stating ' This part does not fit your vehicle!' Needs to be much bigger, placed between the vehicle details and part being shown OR just show me the right part for my Registration.....why would anyone intentionally buy a part that doesn't fit their vehicle....VERY FRUSTRATING!”

“Last week, I ordered from Euro Car Parts. As always, their carrier (DHL) sent me regular tracking emails - from the start of my order's journey when they collected it to the end when it had been delivered to me. - This is very helpful. In stark contrast : Last week, my GSF order was delivered by UPS. I did not receive any emails from UPS re. the tracking of my order.”
