“I reserved the car battery the night before (Friday night) it was at a good price, I turned up at the store at 10.00 o'clock to find two people in a queue outside and one person inside being served. I was not served until 11.15, I handed my order to the store assistant and in 6 minutes I was on my way with battery. Was I unlucky that only one person was serving due to covid19 and only person is allowed in the store and a difficult customer was being served That took over 45 minutes to sort. Otherwise I am very happy with the purchase, delivery was not an option given when I was ordering at the Tottenham branch.”

“The thing that could be done better is for the click & collect orders to be picked & ready to go in store to just pay. Rather than wait exceptional amounts of time for the staff to then pick my parts which ive already spent a lot of time picking myself online.”

“First time I ordered for delivery as local shops did not have what I needed in stock. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. Unfortunately with one item on my order, even though the chassis number was in range and the year was in range. All was good according to the website. But one item did not fit. Rear pads have a few variations on some cars. I was unable to change them at a store as they were all closed over Easter. I had to source the correct ones elsewhere. I returned the pads back to a local store for a refund only to be told stores cannot take in returns that were delivered. I now have to make phone calls to arrange to have the parts sent back to the warehouse possibly at my expense and having to wait ages to get a refund. I don't plan to use the delivery service again. Too much agro if anything is wrong. Collection from the stores are fine.”
