“Parts arrived ok. However, I was a bit lost at the use of will be delivered ‘soon’. To me, it meant on that day. Your customer service team said it meant on the advised delivery date. I hadn’t understood that, as I had clicked 2 to 3 day delivery. I suggest the words ‘soon’ and ‘very soon’ are not used, as they are not measurable. Same with ‘on time’ it doesn’t cater for delivered early.”

“Amazed that the package arrived considering the parcel only had name and postcode on (invoice clearly had full address) Thankfully delivery driver had sense to ask in the village Battery is perfect, and excellent price Loss of one star is only down to carelessness of packaging”

“It was pretty straightforward to use the web site and a pandemic system was in place at the store when I went to collect. The only minor criticism was the part had not been picked ,so Ihad to wait whilst it was picked .”

“parts were in stock and i could pick up next day and at a good price i do find it handy having click and collect but my order never seems to actually be ready and some staff at our store seem off/moody which does put me off going there i realise they may not have time to chat but their reluctance to speak is off putting and i think rude maybe it's because i am female.”
