“Hello I purchased part 176VG0390 a thermostat housing and sensor. To fit this it also requires an o ring but GSF don’t supply this with the housing. I had to order it from vw directly. The VW part is 03C-121-666. I believe other suppliers also include this o ring with the housing as without it all the new coolant used when filling up your engine will end up on the floor. I wondered if GSF will include this O ring in future.”

“I bought a yuasa battery for my mk 2 Scirocco, the price was good and in the past I have found these to be of good quality but it is time which tells with batterys. The only issue I had was with the delivery, it was not dropped of at the shop as it was supposed to and then I unwrapped it it was covered with acid which was a little painfull but could have been worse, it would seem that the big sign saying this way up diddent work”

“I brought a pair of wiper blades but had to return one as I’d ordered the wrong one.On returning it the chap I dealt with let out a couple of heavy sighs and also swore at his computer screen as he was having difficulties getting it to do what he wanted. It didn’t bother me particularly but other customers may have thought otherwise.”

“Purchased a steering rack. was delivered quickly. fitted perfectly. It came with a £60 surcharge refunded on return of old unit. I took the unit to my local Branch who returned it on my behalf telling me I should get my refund withing 5 working days. It has now been 10 days and no sign of refund or any correspondence from GSF . Is the only disappointing aspect and first time had an issue.”
