“Poor does not even begin to describe my experience with GSF, at best I would rate it as Pitifully Poor service for what was my first (and last) order placement. From initial order confirmation on 1st August to not hearing anything until I called them on 6th to enquire , promised and assured "that I will have complete order in couple of days"! subsequently only having 2 items delivered on 8th (out of 9 items ordered) waiting again until the 11th Aug then chasing again and finally 2 separate deliveries 2 days later !?? So much for "why shop with us" well I won't be again !”
