“One of the parts I bought didn't fit even though online it stated it did. When I returned item manager didn't want to refund me as said part smelt of diesel , luckily lady on counter was lovely and refunded me. Manager needs to stop hiding behind screen and give me decision face to face. Could hear him in busy waiting area and made me look stupid.”

“The Battery ordered was great, good price and quality. Unfortunately GSF were let down by the couriers used and so the battery did not arrive next day as expected. However when contacted GSF were great and sorted out a different courier who were able to deliver effectively, albeit a day later. So - GSF were great but courier less so!”
