“I was told by msg my parts would be ready for collection after 10 am I drove over 10 miles at 10.30 am to pick it up only to be told by a stroppy bloke that and I quote " click n collect has nothing to do with gsf and they do this all the time. It'll be on our 11 o'clock delivery so come back any time after 12 " I'm a bit confused as to why gsf use a completely different service for click n collect under the same umbrella as GSF not happy with having to drive back and forward to pick up car parts”

“Made an order online. Gsf took my money. 4 days later they cancelled the order as they couldn't source the part. Even though the same part was still showing as available online days later!!”
