“Placed the order online and decided to pay upfront because apparently it's easier to do that. But when it came to collection, my order could not be found. I'd spent at least 25 minutes waiting for staff to resolve the issue. But ultimately it was agreed that there was still an issue with the order and e-commerce are to blame. I however managed to finally walk out of the store with what I needed. It's certainly made me more skeptical to use GSF.”

“Order arrived in 3 different packages over 2 different days but only had 1 tracking number. Contacted them when only 1 part of the order turned up and didn't get a reply. Pretty poor expirience.”

“Very disappointed with customer service at gsfcarparts Slough. I ordered parts online for click and collect and visited showroom. There were atleast 7 customers waiting for their turn to be called by customer service representative. Customer service advisor was busy with just one customer over the phone looking for suitable for one vehicle and watching videos to understand parts numbers. Customer service advisor neither ask for his colleagues to help nor he didn't put any effort to help other customers. I was waiting atleast 50 minutes in the queue and during this time 3 customer decided to leave without served by customer service advisor. I felt like customer service advisor was teasing other customer while they were waiting in the queue. Thanks GSF car parts for opening a new show room with plenty of parking space and convenient location but I reassure you that it was my first and last visit to your new showroom!”

“Prices were good, but missed a part in the shipment which ended up having to be sourced at short notice and cost us quite a bit. Email and online support was utterly useless - completely unable to be contacted live and so far haven't replied to emails.”

“Order oil and filter, arrived as listed so no faults there BUT trying to contact GSF about the wiper i’ve ordered that are missing the larger clips, has been a nightmare, keep getting emails passing me around with not even starting to get an answer. The online customer support side of GSF in my experience has been a joke Will have to make a special trip to visit a store and try and resolve.”

“First time using GFS and a horrible experience, I ordered something and waited and had to contact them to find out it was out of stock. I was then offered another alternative which was more expensive as a kind gesture which turned out to be the wrong part and took a couple days although promised next day delivery. Having let them know the part was the wrong one they told me to return it so I would get the original price I paid and that I would have to order another one myself on the site which would be an additional £80. After a wasted week and a half wasted I decided to buy the part from somewhere else at a very reasonable price and probably won't be dealing with GSF anytime soon!”
