“Parts were fine but service wasn’t great. My wife collected my L200 brake disks for me whilst I was as work. She was handed them over the counter with a newborn strapped to get chest in a baby carrier and not one member of staff offered to load them into the car for her. I guess I just thought at least one man might offer to carry them to her car considering the circumstances.”
