“Put in a simple order for oil filter, air filter and sump plug and simply didn't receive the oil filter in the post which is especially annoying if you are having your vehicle serviced the next day. No comms via email that the item was out of stock or offer of a similar item they just didn't send it... chat was terrible and never actually replied to me and had to resort to email where I was given a refund for the oil filter.”
