“Part wasn't at store by 10am next day as on email conformation (tried to collect at 12pm) didn't actually arrive till 4pm. Fitted part and was faulty, no replacement Part available so had to refit old unit as was working better than the "new one" i received and customer neededvehicle back. Now got to wait 12 weeks to get a refund. I normally deal with Halesowen branch but used Smethwick as it was closer to that particular job.”

“Wanted 7ltr of oil. Went to store to buy. For the 5ltr, the online price was £5 cheaper, but in store the 1ltr price was cheaper. I paid the instore price but managed to get refund on it all fornthe online price. What a mess. Btw, nothing instore shows price. Get your act together gsf.”

“Used the Car Reg part finder and supplied the correct discs but the wrong pads, tried the online chat and waited for 30mins with no response, emailed them and a ticket was raised and still no response, not the 1st time this has happened and although great prices the online option os a shambles compared to going into their locations due to terrible couriers - split deliveries - incorrect tracking etc etc.”
