“I placed an order online. The item had a 25% discount automatically applied to it, making it £67 instead of £90. However after purchasing the item I realised it had charged me full price instead. When I went to collect it I was told I would have to message the online chat to sort the partial refund out as they couldn't do it in store. This was a Saturday and the web chat isn't manned over the weekend. It was a faff sorting it and it's put me off purchasing anything from here again”

“The discount seen on the pricing wasnt applied to money taken out of my account. Despite the purchase button indicating a price with the discount, the amount taken out of my account was the full amount i.e. without discount. The store I visited didn't help despite issue being flagged to them. I lost £20”

“Waited over 20 minutes to be served to pick up an item paid for online. There was only 1 person working the counter so it was inevitable that a queue would form. Didn’t help that there were 6 people on the computers behind not all dealing with calls so one of them should have stepped up and gotten the queue down.”
